Joining the BMA

You need to understand why you want to train and set yourself some goals. They can be short term or long term goals. Short term goals could be as simple as learn to punch, with a long term goal to be able to compete. Understanding why you want to train will help motivate you to keep going.
Pick a time from the timetable, text to say you are coming and then visit the venue, see the people training there.
You will need to complete a BMA Membership form.
Then join in a free lesson to see what you think.
Please note - you need your kit, towel and drink. You must stay away if you have any Covid symptoms or been near anyone who has tested positive.
Once you know you want to stay and train you can become a member by setting up a standing order of £35 per month using the bank details (see timetable) to start near the beginning of your training.
Turn up regularly and train hard!
